My fiance and I went in to cancel our service due to bad service in our area and we did not know we could do it online. We went in and asked the nice gentleman working and the manager rudely said, "You can't even cancel your service in the store." Then stormed off into the back room. She acted like the money was coming out of her paycheck because we did not want to continue our service with sprint. This is one of the many reasons we chose to leave sprint. We have more rude customer service than we do good. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
